Replacement of floor tiles, query floor boards in Thornliebank

Job description:Washing machine flooded and noticed a hole in the grout around tiles which water was coming through when you stepped on the tile. Pulled up tile to find another layer of tiles underneath. A hole has now appeared in the grout of the second layer of tiles and water continues to come through when you step on the tile.
