Job description:I have a small Kitchen and bathroom which requires tiling, the bathroom floor is just 4 m2 and the Kitchen just 4 m2 also i require the walls to be tiled the wall area in the kistchen is just 4 m2 of splash backs and the bathroom is 14.5 m2. This is a small flat which will be totally empty whilst the work goes on so as not to get into anyones way. Due to it being in a flat the noise restrictions are between 8am and 2pm then between 4pm and 6pm mon-fri and 9 til 1 on a Saturday. You can work between 2 and 4 but not banging, drilling or angle grinding.
