Job description:I would like a quote to tile the floor. The total area is approx 32 metres square. The area is a dining room thro kitchen and a utility room. The flooring in the kitchen is cement and is not particularly flat! The flooring in the utility is as a new build and there are floor boards in the dining room section. This would need building up to correct levels in the kitchen. I am interested in underfloor heating and would like to know approximately how much extra this would cost. Currently there is Lino flooring down all over.
