Small vic terrace,minton tiled floor approx 10ft long needs restoring/replacing with ? quarry tiles in Castle

Job description:one hallway , 10 ft, x 2 ft needs some self leveler putting down first. would also like lintel underneath front door removed easy access, not complicated job. about 1/4 of the tiles are in bad condition- either need replacing and cleanign up rest of floor, or replacing entire floor with quarry tiles or new minton/victorian style tiles . about half of the tiles can just be hand picked off- grout/ adhesive worn away.. surface under tiles is concrete.
