Tile a Shower room in Cossington

Job description:I need a tiler to tile a room approx 88" by 44" containing shower tray, basin and sink. Floor area to be tiled also. Will need to tile around pipes which have been boxed in near the floor and also behind radiator/heated towel rail. Floor area is approx 54" by 43". The walls are currently partly tiled and partly painted. The paint is flaking off. Advice needed on what preparation needs to be done - I can remove tiles but not sure about the painted walls! I can sort out tiles once I know the quantity required.
