Job description:tiling to walls in Kitchen, Utility & Downstairs WC. Tiles to be used 10cmx10cm Fiesta rustico (avail Parkside Tiles). Colours (Miel, Teja, Arena & Gris). Wall Sizes (in cm) Kitchen - 47 x 60, 47 x 155, 80 x 60, 47 x 94, 47 x 112, 47 x 142. Utility 20 x 133 20 x 22 20 x 20 20 x 40 Downstairs 20 x 50 Area of work required is reasonable,some touching up required as original tiles have been removed. Walls in generally good condition although one small hole (10 x 2). Price to include Materials, Labour & VAT.
