Job description:Room is approximately 2m by 2m and about 2.3m high, has 1 door, 2 windows and has recently been refurbished but the tiling is to a poor standard. I want the existing sanitry ware and furniture to be carefully removed (1200mm wall hung sink unit with overhead mirrored cupboard, Merlyn 1000mm quadrant shower, ladder towel radiator and close coupled WC) , the wall tiles to be removed and replaced (porcelain 600*300mm - Tile Giant 'Jakarta') and sanitryware/furniture refitted. The quote is to include all labour and materials including removal of old tiles from site. I expect tiles to be flat with all corners properly aligned (2mm spacing), where tiles are cut, eg around doors and windows, I expect edges to be cut so that all tiles align at the cut edge. Cut edges shall not be chipped or rough. Around the windows and doors I want to use stainless steel coloured trim.
