Bathroom needs retiling in West Jesmond

Job description:Grouting was comng away so we tried to do it ourselves, however some of the tiles came off. We have patched it up as best as we could ourselves but the grout hasn't properly dried and the tiles are uneven. Concerned if we leave it the wall is going to be damp. Think the whole area needs retiling but would appreciate a professinal opinion as soon as possible. Thanks Laura
