Job description:Remove carpet, porcelain tiles and laminate from downstairs area of house (approx 28m sq - long thin hall, small downstairs loo and kitchen diner - replace all floor throughout with new tiles (grade 4 stone tiles). The floor underneath existing is flat concrete so there shouldn't be any levelling requirements.
