Retiling bathroom in Arboretum

Job description:We have recently purchased an upstairs flat which was renovated before our purchase. It would appear that the tiling over the bath (which has a shower over) was not done satisfactorily, as the tiles are slipping and water is leaking down to under the bath. The affected wall area is approximately 3 m square. One issue will be whether the tiles can be removed and replaced without breakages, as we do not at present have any spares nor do we know where they were originally bought from. They are dark grey slate.
