Approx tiling 14 to 15 sqm walls in bathroom in Clifton South

Job description:but old tiles are still on the walls .would it be better to strip them away and start again as some are coming away from the wall and some are uneven , how much per sqm would it cost to tile over existing tiles if this can be done or another quote for stripping them away and then tiling and do i get my own grout and fixer or is it in the price , please notingham is my area, and also need floor tiling in bathroom about 2.5 sqm but its floor boards
