Re-grouting bathroom flooring in Netherfield

Job description:I need to have my tiled bathroom floor re-grouted as some of the grout is coming loose. There are roughly 30 of what I think are ceramic tiles that are roughly 33cm square in size. The grout(?) that is currently down is too hard to remove with a standard grout saw and the grout that we tried to apply has not taken well to the existing grout as it is flaking off. I would like to keep the current floor as the bathroom is relatively newly done. I would imagine that the job, given the size, would not be that time demanding with the right tools and experience.
