Job description:*****PLEASE ONLY CALL DURING WEEKDAYS***** *****EVENING/WEEKEND CALLS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED***** Install 30x30cm natural riven slate tiles to kitchen floor. Kitchen is galley-style with built in units. Tiles will need to be fitted around legs and insets in to units so there will be a number of tiles to be cut to fit. Kitchen is approx 4.5m long, with a step which conceals a gas pipe - this will need to be boxed in by the tiling and the step tiled. Total area to be tiled is around 8 sq m. There are 2 under-counter and 2 free-standing appliances which need to be moved and tiled under (washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer and gas cooker. Some cleaning will be required once the appliances are moved. Floor is in reasonable condition, concrete I believe with a wooden step area about 1.5-2 sq.m., currently covered with poor quality vinyl. Concrete floor area will need levelling I think. Tiles will be supplied by us, all other materials to be supplied by you. Tiles will be natural slate and will need sealing. Grouting to be light grey. You to clear all waste including existing flooring.
