Job description:refit of bathroom approx 1.5m x 2.25m concrete floor block walls with cement render with plaster / artex finish removing old tiles and artex has removed majority of plater down to cement render. First fix plumbing and electrics in place Work required: skim walls inc new dry lined stud wall fit aquapanel insulation to floor (can supply) fit electric underfloor heating mat (can supply) ceramic tile floor and walls (will supply tiles) Due to working away prefer someone who can view the job at weekends to discuss requirements will be there 10/11 Nov. Free acces in the week to do the work. Follow on work of a second ensuite to refit / kitchen floor splashbacks to tile too before Christmas.
