Job description:Floor tiling an area of approx 5m2. The wall tiles are on 3 walls of a bathroom, floor to ceiling. 1 of the walls has a window, size approx 2.5 x 2.5m2. 1 wall has a chrome 'antique style' shower on it, size approx 2.5 x 2.5m2. 1 wall is plain, size approx 1 x 2.5m2. I would be interested in 2 prices, 1 for stripping out bathroom suite, taking off existing tiles off the walls and floor, re-tiling as above and replacing bathroom suite and 1 price just for the tiling (bathroom suite removed and existing tiles stripped out. The floor would be down to floorboards and walls to plaster).
