Job description:Kitchen floor measures 3.5 x 3 metres. Property built 1929 with concrete kitchen floor with quarry tiles. There is no damp proof membrane and over the years four levelers approx 12mm have been applied to facilitate the fitting of other vinyl coverings It is now proposed to remove the leveller layers and original quarry tiles, and lay new quarry tiles set in mortar. It is presumed that advice will be available from tradesmen about disposal of waste and purchase of replacement tiles. 'Rustic coloured tiles are required'. There is easy offroad access and placement of a small skip. It is also hoped to assess overal cost by considering quotations from experts.
