Conservatory floor to be tiled. 3m by 3m approx in Earley

Job description:The conservatory is approx 3x3 m but not square. One end has the corners cut off. I've heard it referred to as a pavillion shape or hip end. I haven't found the tiles yet, but I'm hoping the tiles themselves won't be more than £20 to £25 per sq metre. The conservatory is about 10 years old and had a vinyl laid down. This has been taken up and the cement screed underneath seems pretty smooth and level. The plastic skirtings have been removed and I can put those back after the tiling is finished. The job is fairly urgent (2-3 weeks)
