Job description:To tile the kitchen and hall (including electrical underfloor heating) which is approximatley 50 square meters. The area will be clear and ready for tiling. To then tile a utility room and downstairs loo (without putting in heating) totaling about 10 square meters) I'm basically looking for two square meter prices... 1) For tiling (including all costs bar the actual tiles themselves e.g. adhesive etc) 2) As above but also including the provision and installation of the underfloor heating (electric preferred).
