Leaking wet room floor that needs fixing in Cribden

Job description:We've had the wet room for around 3 years and it hasn't leaked for nearly a year and a half now. A couple of tiles have recently started making a "squidgy" noise as though there was some movement and the water has started leaking (dripping) through the ceiling underneath (into the downstairs hallway at the bottom of the stairs). We are sick to death of this happening now so instead of going back to the original plumber to try and mend it with another quick fix we want the job done right.
