Job description:The downstairs w/c is 1.65m by 0.97m and has a concrete floor. Ensuite is 'L'-shaped with a shower cubicle in the corner. 1.65m long by 1.2m wide, with a rectangle of 0.57m by 0.75m where the shower cubicle stands. This room has a chipboard floor. We have not found tiles yet, as the cost of installation will determine our tile budget.
