Lay 14m2 granite floor tiles over electric under floor heating wires in Walkley

Job description:Laying 30x30cm black granite tiles in a hallway. The tiles will need laying over an electric underfloor heating system (warmup) which will already have been fitted and laid (on a concrete sub-floor). The hall area is L shaped and approximately 14m2. Installation will be around early December, at the moment the plan is for the tiling to start from Wed 10th Dec but I am currently ahead of schedule. I already have the tiles, grout and spacers.
