Job description:Floor to be tiled. Total area approx. 75 sq.metres. Approx half the area is to be overtiled over existing floor tiles whilst remainder of area is to be continued over screeded area of new conservatory extension. Screeded area already finished to level of existing tiled area. Tiles already on site but tiler should supply all other materials including adhesives, grouting etc (good quality flexible adhesive required) Minor making good to small patches of the screeded area might be required and also where it butts up to the existing tiled area. Work to be commenced as soon as possible.
