Complete bathroom tiling around new bathroom suite in Stoke Poges

Job description:I have a new bathroom being fitted - shower bath, sink and w/c with units and radiator in a room approx 2m sq. The current tiles are around the bath/shower area and approx chest height behind basin, w/c and one other wall. I need the old tiles stripping and then full tiling of the room. Only areas that would not need tiles would be behind the basin and w/c units and possibly a wall unit. There will be a small gap between the wall and the end of the bath where I will need a sealed tiled shelf. I'd want to choose the tiles myself but want to discuss the best type for the room, but I'm aiming for something straight forward in white tile - I can source them myself or through tiler. I presume the job will need to be done in stages - stripping of tiles first, then my plumber to fit the bathroom, then tiler to complete new tiling.
