Job description:Downstairs cloakroom - toilet, sink and radiator to be plumbed in. Upstairs bathroom - toilet, sink, bath, radiator, shower (over bath) to be plumbed in. If possible some of the pipework to be moved under the floorboards in this room. Both rooms require tiling although it will depend on quotation. Both rooms are small and a bit awkward.
