Small area needs retiling in kitchen,loose tiles and cracks. in Wishaw

Job description:Ceramic tiled floor laid by tradesman in kitchen/diner Dec.,2003. Tradesman had to be recalled within 9 months to address cracked/ loose tiles and crumbling grout. Small 'cosmetic' job carried out but problem has escalated. Help !!!
