Job description:Build a mock fireplace / chimney breast in victorian house. Traditional style with in built cupboard to side for dvd/cable box etc. Would need to be built on flat wall, concrete floor. Overall sizes 56 inches wide (1420), 13 (330) inches deep (530). 96 inches high (recess for lcd tv) to give inglenook effect with oak lintel/mantel, 'Limestone' flag hearth with plastered finish to be painted later by us.
