Job description:Planning permission granted. detailed architect plans available. Severe damp on south facing wall. Water penetrated behind rendering. Used to be a slate hung wall but removed 25_ yrs ago and rendered. Problems ever since. Area to be covered = approx 18ft by 20ft. Internal work also wanted to install en-suite and possibly build interior staircase to loft.
