Job description:Sitting room (16ft by 16ft approx) has flag stone floor which is damp. DPC and underfloor heating required and replaced with wood floor. Flag stones can then be reused in hall and utility which also needs a DPC. Another room needs complete restoration (new floor, plaster, carpentary etc).

Budget:£8,000 - £15,000
