Job description:Two external elevations of property require the following replacement coverings only:- (i) Front elevation of property - replace crumbled airbrick (approx. 25cmx10cm) (ii) Rear elevation of property - replace missing external metal grille. Similar dimensions to (i) above. This grille will need to be cut slightly to accommodate a tap which extrudes from the wall. Both areas are only a foot or so above the ground
