Job description:Two open fireplaces (both functioning), approximately 3-4sqm of plastering, roughly 3sqm of welsh pennant flagstones to be reinstated. stud wall roughtly 3mx4m, casement window in roof dormer roughly 1mx70cm requires total replacement.
