Job description:External vertical crack to the left hand end-of terrace wall classified as level 3 categor of damage on teh 0-5 scale in BRE Digest 251 (Assessment of Daage in Low-rise buldings). The repair work will need to be undertaken to ensure weather-tightness and structural integrityy are maintained. The property is in good state of repair but this job needs to be done asap.
