Looking to lovingly restore the caravan to its former glory and give it pride of place in the garden as a functioning guest room / office accommodation. Need to install power to the property - perhaps via solar power or small wind turbine to generate energy to power lighting and kitchen area (kettle/ microwave/ heater) Upholstery and flooring to be updated
