Fix barrel lock and remove extractor fan and make good in Tillydrone Seaton Old Aberdeen

Job description: : Our windows are of a modern wooden double glazed construction. We have an upstairs window, which has a barral type lock and key built into the handle. This became loose and now if we open the window we can't close it fully as the handle operates the lock at either end of the window. Secondly, we have a built in extractor into our kitchen window. The unit seems to be built into the window and we are not sure if it can be removed as it continues externally. It runs the full length of the window. We have never used it as it was a bit useless. We would like to take it out as it has left us with a draughty hole and then put up a blind. We would prefer not to replace the window if possible. Thanks for your time.
