Job description:I have leaks coming in from rotten wooden window sills on three of my windows. My flat is on the first floor so you would probably need some sort of staging. One window is a sash window and the other two are large wooden casement windows which only open at the top so would not be accessible from the inside. I need the rotten windowsills taken out and replaced with new wooden windowsills. I also need around the windows inspected to check that no other problem is letting in water. I also need a small window to be properly sealed around the edges from the outside.
