Replace floor and window sills in existing conservatory in Edgbaston

Job description:I have a "P" shaped conservatory which is 81/2 years old. The windowsills are falling off and the laminate flooring is breaking up I would like both replaced, possibly with wooden sills and ceramic tiles on the floor.It's approximately 15 feet long and 7 feet wide at it's widest point.
