Job description:Lean to. supported by two existing side walls. will need plumbing for a small sink and radiator and electrics fro two double sockets and 2 wall lights. Dig foundation build, Plaster walls and complete floors. High quality glass roof(self cleaning A rated glass). Double doors leading into and out of conservatory. I want a reasonable quote (approx £5K ish)for a small consevatory.
