Job description:This is maintenance/repair of an existing wooden frame bay window - about 20 years old. Damp has penetrated into one part of the sill, and affected adjacent areas of the main structure. The repair may need new wood or specialist filling ready for redecoration. I would also like the whole structure examined for other problems of rot/damp.
