Repair leaking windows in Regency

Job description:At least two of our windows are leaking in this rain and need fixing - I don't think there is a problem with the glazing, probably just some adjustment needed to sit properly and maybe fill any gaps. Also a bathroom window was cracked while fitting an extractor-unit and needs replacing with same style frosted glass. Flat is on 4th floor of grade 2 listed building on the seafront. Am hoping can be done in a couple of house for under £100 but obviously depends how much work is actually involved...
