Job description:Two jobs: 1) Remove two current external doors to patio area and replace with new wooden doors. One entrance is a single door and the other is double doors. Idea is to increase the security at the rear of the property but also allow as much light into the rooms as this is a basement flat. 2) Recondition two sash windows, approx size 4' x 3', next to each door.
