Job description:The property is three storey and constructed in the 1880s The hopper where the valley roof meets the gutter is not draining correctly. This is turn is causing dripping onto the external window ledge below. That window, a sash, is in need of repair/replacement The sash on the floor below, ground level, also requires repair/replacement. Also required is attention internally to the ceiling where water has entered previously. Part of the internal wall on the ground floor has also experienced some form of water ingress - the plaster behind the wallpaper is crumbling. Once the above is addressed, there would be a need to carry various elements of external making good and internal decoration. Thanks
