Repair of window in main bedroom that has come off its guide runners - risks falling out in Eastville

Job description:One of the large opening windows in our bedroom has come detached from the guide runners and we need advice on how it could be mended / rectified. There may also be a second job of adjusting a new uPVC door that was badly installed, as it is not flush with the frame, making it difficult to open, close and lock. The hinge has not been installed well.
