Conservatory roof in Westbury on Trym

Job description:Not sure if I need a window conservatory specialist or a builder but here is a list of the pieces of work I need doing. I have an early Victorian property with an existing conservatory. This has timber joists, single glazed glass and timber glazing bars on the exterior. I want to replace all the glazing bars (as some have rotted). I would like a low maintenance solution but one in keeping with the conservatory. A couple of the glass panes also need replacing. Not sure if the following work can be covered off by the same tradesman ? Also need two valley gutters adjacent to the conservatory roof rennovated / reworked (I want both as lead lined gutters). Potentially both gutters need to be tackled at the same time as the conservatory roof (it might even be necessary to remove the conservatory glass to tackle one of the gutters properly) In the same area I have a small *3m sq) tiled roof to a single story extension which has a soil stack running down through it. I get a leak down the soil stack when it rains which I need stop! (We have tried a number of simple solutions (relaying tiles, sealants, felt under the tiles..) but no success.) Looking for a real solution to this problem. Thanks
