Add a small window to a small bathroom in Highfields Caldecote

Job description:Our main bathroom at first floor does not have a window at the moment. The humidity can only be extract out of the bathroom by the electric fan. We would like to add a small window to it if the price is affordable. As the roof line of our external garage is just on that side of the wall, it can only fit a small (or even a horizonal window). No Council permission has been obtained. However, there are two windows (both are bathroom/ensuite windows) and one door on that side of the wall. The ensuite window is also on the first floor. Therefore, we think obtaining a council approval should not be a major issue. The two-storey house itself is 7-8 years old. Please quote the total price by including and excluding the fees for council approval. Please also quote the price by including the necessary material.
