Glass needs replacing in front door and side windows- one is cracked. in Galleywood

Job description:single glazed. window next to security chain has cracked, with small piece missing. Would like replacing with plain (toughened?) glass. 15"x42" and 15"x20" (approx) pieces on each side. Plus the 4 triangular shaped glazing at the top of the door.
