Replace two windows in Moulsham and Central

Job description:Current windows measure approx. 86cm wide by 153cm high. The bottom of the window is a fixed pane of glass with the top quarter consisting of 3 louvre type panels that can be opened for ventilation. I believe the original sashes are boxed in but not sure of their condition. I want to replace both windows with traditional single glazed wood sashes.
