Job description:We are in the process of buying a flat in Aldgate, London. We need a quote to replace the rotten sills which need sorting asap. the building is approx 100 yrs old and the flat is on the top floor. I assume the work would have to be from the inside. I have given the address of the property (we should be exchanging contracts in the next 2 weeks).
