Job description:We are looking for a general builder to build a two-storey extension of approximately 17m2. We require only the skin and the roof. There a number of other works to do within the existing structure, including removal of a load-bearing wall and installation of an RSJ, the building of two non load-bearing stud walls, removal of a chimney, replacement of two existing windows with french doors, building of a small porch around the front door and a few other small jobs that may be better explained when the builder arrives.
