Job description:Existing roof of an otherwise sound conservatory is leaking in a number of places. original installation is untoughened glass. New roof to match profile and design (Victorian type) All roof timbers and galzing to be replaced to match existing dimension and profile.Existing skylights to be replaced with plain glazed panels and some trickle ventilation needs to be installed. some minor timber replacement also required at one or two of the window sills. approx dimension are 4x3m. vertical dim from eaves to ridge approx1.2m.
