Job description:Conservatory including footings, concrete floor, installation etc (derby): > 4mx5m (4m is width away from house, 5m is running along length of house) > one 4m wall to be full height brick > dwarf wall to remaining walls to be of sufficient height to allow for kitchen worktop height + 2 rows of tiles > 1 double door > not sure if drains will need moving I think the style I want is double hipped Edwardian.
