Job description:1. One of our double-glazed windows in the lounge was open during some wind, and there has been some damage to the frame which needs fixing. 2. I'd like to have a fixable lever for opening windows, not sure exactly what it's called. This can have the windows open at different degrees depending on weather/temperature. I need this to be done to prevent the damage happening again, and to have our windows open at various degrees whilst secure and not risking of slamming and being damaged by wind.
